REASONS WHY YOUR TIRE PRESSURE ICON IS ILLUMINATED
Imagine you are driving through Dallas and you suddenly see that your tire pressure warning light has come on. Then imagine if it’s a situation where you know for a fact that the tire pressure is actually not the problem. Maybe the light has come on before. Maybe you just had the pressure checked. There are a couple of other reasons why the light might be warning you of a problem that doesn’t exist.
It could be that the problem lies with the sensor itself. It’s possible that sensor has become damaged, through age or some kind of abrupt climate change. It’s also possible that there is a circuit crossed somewhere in the car that has caused the light to come on when nothing is wrong with the actual tire.
If you think your sensor light is coming on by mistake, then you should stop by our auto service shop in Dallas, TX and have the sensor checked.
